Crews that travel
Our teams are structured for international deployment - qualified and ready to work from day one.
Your electrical and mechanical installation partner for complex industrial projects - from first drawing to final handover.
What we do
General contractors and plant operators bring us in when a project needs installation capacity that shows up, integrates with site management, and documents everything it touches.
Power distribution, cable routing, machine and equipment connection, control cabinets and field wiring - all installed to spec.
Machinery placement and alignment, steel structures, piping and conveyor systems - assembled, torqued and signed off against the drawing.
Maintenance, commissioning and site coordination that keep the schedule honest between installation and production.
01 · Electrical
From the main distribution board to the last field device, we install industrial electrical systems to the standards each project requires.
02 · Mechanical
We assemble and set the equipment your production depends on: positioned, levelled, aligned and torqued to specification.
03 · Industrial services
Installation is rarely the whole job. We support the project through commissioning into operation and help site management keep all trades moving the same way.
Why Losonix
Our teams are structured for international deployment - qualified and ready to work from day one.
One contract, one site lead, one line of responsibility. You escalate to a name, not a subcontractor chain.
No last-minute paperwork. Work gets recorded as we do it.
We commit to dates we can hold, flag risks early, and scale crews up or down as the project demands.
Who we are
Losonix grew out of a simple observation: industrial projects rarely fail on engineering. They fail on execution. Crews that arrive without the right qualifications or the right tools, documentation assembled after the fact, and nobody on site with the authority to decide.
So we built the company around the opposite. Electricians and mechanical fitters led by working site leads and a management team that has stood on enough factory floors to know what a schedule slip actually costs.
Today we deploy crews to industrial projects wherever our partners need them: as a subcontractor to general contractors, as an installation partner to machine builders, and as an extended workbench for plant maintenance teams.
How we work
We read your drawings and specifications, walk the site if possible, and confirm exactly what we can deliver.
You get a named site lead and a crew list with qualifications and postings arranged before mobilisation.
Work proceeds against the schedule. Deviations are flagged when they appear, not when they hurt.
A joint walkthrough with you, open items closed out, and a clean sign-off - so operations can take over without loose ends.
Standards & compliance
Electricians qualified to recognised national standards, working to internationally consistent practice on every site.
Every worker under Losonix is fully registered and compliant before mobilisation - no exceptions.
Site-specific inductions, method statements and risk assessments before work starts. Stop-work authority sits with every crew member.
Professional and general liability coverage appropriate to industrial contracting.
Experience
Our team's installation and maintenance work spans plants and projects across Europe and UK, long before Losonix existed. Same people, same standards - now under one name.
